1. Who we are

Good Decisions is an iOS decision journal application developed by MKSolutions. For any questions: privacy@gooddecision.app.

2. Data collected

When you use the application, we collect:

• Your email address (or your private Apple relay address if you sign in with Apple).
• The decisions, reviews, notes, and lessons you enter, encrypted at rest on our servers.

We do not use any analytics or tracking SDK. No usage event, title, note, or comment is ever collected outside your account's own data.

3. Purposes of processing

• Providing and syncing the service across your devices.
• Computing calibration insights (success rate, accuracy) from your own decisions.
• Sending you a reminder notification on the review date you set.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of the contract (Terms of Service) that you accept when creating your account.

5. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account from within the app (Settings → Delete my account) erases your data immediately, with no backup copy retained beyond technical logs (purged within 90 days).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. Exercise these rights at: privacy@gooddecision.app.

7. Sub-processors

• Amazon Web Services — hosting and database (eu-west-1 / Ireland region).
• Apple — App Store distribution, Sign in with Apple, and push notifications.
